Private villa - Toscolano Maderno (Italy)

Designed by the architect Gianfranco Sangalli, this private villa overlooks Lake Garda and is nestled amid the olive groves and the vineyards of Toscolano Maderno. The distinguishing trait of the project is the continuity and contiguity between the domestic environments and the surrounding nature: the three storeys of the building blend in seamlessly with the landscape to such an extent that - looking for both of them from either road or from the lake - they practically disappear from view.

The terraces and porticoes mark the balance of blocks and voids, turning the garden into a sort of patio onto which both the living area (ground floor) and the sleeping quarters (first floor) lead.

Fast products furnish all the outdoor spaces, the Grande Arche table has been paired with Rion chairs to create a welcoming dining area under the portico; the Joint sofa and armchair make up a living area where you can enjoy a cool sit-down during warmer weather. The Ushuaia garden loungers offer a place to relax both in the sunny areas - on the terrace or by the pool - as well as in the shade under the portico.
